The UX&UI design sessions completed our serie of events for Future Women Entrepreneurs!
Last two Fridays of November, our participants had the chance to dive into the world of UI and UX designer. For this session, we partnered with Maltem Impact and Stéphanie Walter as our design expert.
Kickstarting the event at the Paladium Co-Working Space on the 22nd of November, the audience got an overview of the field, including the explanation of special jargon and common-practice examples of the industry. The group covered topics from the user journey to user flow. The participants then continued to work in small groups on a case-study to try out their newly learned skills.
To get a better understanding of the user experience, the groups continued to work on the case during the second session, trying to create user interfaces using paper prototyping. Later, the concepts were undergoing usability testing with the help of fellow attendants.
We hope that participants could get the most out of these sessions and had fun working with the newly acquired skills.
