eSKILLS4ALL training Cyprus

Form the 23rd to the 25th of July two members of our team attended the eSKILLS4ALL training in Nicosia, Cyprus.

As you might already know, eSKILLS4ALL is a project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission that aims to Empower unemployed adults – mainly women – through a five modules training that will initiate a holistic approach to promote digital literacy, while fighting skills mismatches and unemployment of low-skilled unemployed through a multi-assessed e-tool based on an interactive and dynamic platform, in order to up-grade their digital competences.

When using the eSKILLS4ALL platform users are introduced an innovative on-line and in-house “e-SKILLS4ALL-SUPPORT-HUBS” service that will support this target group in their search for employment by equipping them with employability skills and by building bridges with the labour market. In addition, through the set up of the eSKILLS4ALL NETWORK, various stakeholders – organisations, agencies, public services – offer guidance and advice for future employment prospects.

During the days in Cyprus our team members, along with representatives from CIVIC, Antenna, Emphasys Centre, North-East Regional Development Agency and Civis Plus discussed the next steps of the project,  highlighting the TOOL KIT and the upcoming international training we’ll be offering to low digital skilled unemployed women.

Therefore, please contact us here if interested in taking part to this activity.

In the meanwhile, you can find more about the Project here.

Lastly we’d like to thank all the partners for making all of this possible and both Emphasys Centre and Antenna for welcoming us in Nicosia.
