WIDE story started in 2013 as a non-profit organisation, Women in Digital Initiatives Asbl, and supported by main partners: Ministère de l’Égalité des genres et de la Diversité and Digital Luxembourg (SMC, Ministère d’Etat).

Our mission, to encourage more girls and women into the fields of tech and digital, thanks to advocacy and awareness raising activities.

Since 2022, WIDE has extended it’s scope by becoming a social enterprise (S.I.S.), WIDE ANDCO.
The team remains focused on promoting gender equality in digital by provinding various training and supporting entrepreneurs with their project.
