DIGI-EQUAL is an Erasmus+ project to facilitate equal access to fulfilling employment and career opportunities for women having previously completed a training course in the digital sector. By empowering women through targeted training, mentorship, and awareness campaigns, we hope to challenge stereotypes. Ultimately, we seek to create a more inclusive digital workforce, enabling women to access leadership roles and contribute to a thriving digital economy across Europe.
Partners from Luxembourg, Belgium, Ireland and Türkiye will work together to design tools, training, and communication actions that promote women’s inclusion in the digital sector, while supporting diversity, equality, and sustainability.

Partners of the project:
WIDE ANDCO is a social enterprise supporting women in digital careers and entrepreneurship in Luxembourg. As the coordinating organisation of DIGI-EQUAL, WIDE ANDCO, is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and quality assurance of the project and the Impact Assessment and Digital Legacy Roadmap.
