Women in Digital Initiatives Luxembourg Asbl was set as a non-profit organisation initiated in Luxembourg in 2013 and officially founded in 2014, acting as WIDE (Women in Digital Empowerment) up to 2022. 

Our mission remains to close the gender gap in the field of ICT in Luxembourg and encourage more women to seize the opportunities created by the digital economy and society.

Since 2022, WIDE has extended it’s scope by becoming a social enterprise (S.I.S), now named WIDE ANDCO and  offering training and services in the fields of digital skills, gender equality and entrepreneurship.
