Women in AI – Speed Mentoring

We are organising this event in partnership with Amazon Women in Engineering Luxembourg, and with the support of Women in Tech as part of the Headstart and Code4Europe initiatives. It aims to empower women to explore opportunities in artificial intelligence and digital careers.
Through a speed-mentoring format, participants will connect directly with Amazon professionals, gain personalised guidance, and receive practical advice to help shape their educational and career paths in the AI and STEM fields.

The evening includes partner presentations, mentoring rounds in small groups, and networking opportunities. Using SMART objectives, participants will leave with clear, actionable next steps to pursue their goals in the digital and AI sectors.

Headstart is an Erasmus+ project we coordinate and designed to close the AI gender gap. Its main goal is to empower young women (15- 35) and educators for youth with the tools and connections needed to thrive in the world of artificial intelligence. 

Code4Europe is an education and skills initiative funded by the European Commission’s Digital Europe Programme, supporting a more inclusive digital transition, addressing skills shortages in the tech sector, and strengthening the EU’s long-term digital competitiveness. Code4Europe operates Europe’s annual Code Week, with the objective of significantly increasing the number of young people aged 6 to 25, particularly girls and women, to pursue careers in digital fields, including coding and the wider area of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
